April MyGlam Bag

Hello all! Tonight I am on a mission to get as many posts as possible written and ready to be posted. I have had great intentions the past few weeks but time gets away from me. Last Friday, I received the April Glam Bag and it has been the best one so far (it is only my third). This month’s theme is Girl’s Night Out and it makes me think of the Miley Cyrus GNO every time I say it. I don’t know which is sadder, the fact that it reminds of Miley Cyrus or the fact that I actually know the song. Hmm… Anyway, I digress.

The first item in the bag was fake eye lashes by All-Belle. I believe they are a Japanese brand and everything on the box is in Japanese.  I am not sure if these are actually wearable but maybe I will give them a try the next time I have a G.N.O. LOL.

The 2nd item was DermStore Lip Quench Moisture Infused Lip Treatment. It is really hard to get any product out of it but it feels great on the lips and it lasts! The taste is not great so be careful not to accidently lick your lips. It smells ok too. I do like it especially since I had to have it on as I write this.

I was really excited to see the bag also came with an Urban Decay 24/7 glide-on eye pencil in Radium. I have a few these already and I am a fan. I just wish I received a brown or a black instead of blue color. Do not get me wrong, the color is beautiful but it is not something I could wear every day.

The last two items were more brushes with the My Glam logo on it. I received an all-over eye shadow brush and an eyeliner brush. I really do like these brushes but my one complaint is that the all over eye shadow brush is so small. I have already tested the brushes out it just works better when used on the brow bone. I am still playing with them to find the best way to work with them.

Overall, I am happy with this month’s bag. I am so happy there is not a single moisturizer or any other face product. We actually received make up products which I am truly excited about. They definitely stepped it up this month and it was worth the $10. FINALLY!!
